Inspired by nature and faith, Letters & Herbs is a small batch, organic herbal tea business that encourages believers to steep a moment and dwell in Him.

At 20 years old in 2019, I was diagnosed with PCOS and infertility. In 2023, I committed to drinking spearmint leaf tea daily in hopes to regulate my cycle and reduce my PMS symptoms. After only a couple months of drinking tea regularly, my husband and I found out we were pregnant!! Fast foward to postpartum, my PCOS symptoms came back. I started drinking tea again, but a different tea this time: a blend of spearmint leaf, nettle leaf, chaste tree berry, and cinnamon. This blend is the base of “A Thankful Heart” from the Abide Collection. Since drinking this tea, my periods are monthly again and my symptoms aren’t keeping me bed ridden. In 2025, God put it in my mind to research more herbs and how they are not just used for witchcraft and voodoo, but herbs were made for the service of men (Psalm 104:14). Throughout the Bible, there are so many instances where herbs are important, used for goodness, and have a deeper meaning than what we stereotype all herbs as. My goal as a Jesus believer, stay-at-home mom/wife, and aspiring herbalist is to encourage others to glorify only our Creator and not the creation. There is always more to learn and to share, but for now, let’s start with the tea that brings me closer to God every day. ~Diamond
